Walk with us and discover Sifnos' wonderful and rich history. Our first meeting with history is a Byzantine church with frescoes from the 18th century and the ruins of a hagiography school. Walking through a Natura 2000 area we'll be guided to the magnificent site, the Acropolis of Ag. Andreas, where excavations brought to life remains of an ancient Mycenaean city. You will be reward for your effort by the site and the views to the surrounding land and sea which promise to take your breath away. Walk the ancient path leading to the monastery of 'Panagia Vrissiani' with its impressive architecture and beautiful inner courtyards.
